Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 Years in Civil Site Supervision, Interior Execution, or Site Coordination

About Lumera Homes

Lumera Homes is a premier turnkey interior design and execution firm operating out of a flagship, state-of-the-art experience center in Vijayawada’s prime commercial belt near Novotel.

We bridge the gap between creative architectural design and site execution. Specializing in high-end residential flats (3BHKs, duplexes, villas) and bespoke commercial spaces, our end-to-end solutions span spatial planning, 3D visualization, premium modular woodwork, false ceilings, lighting, and turnkey civil execution. Driven by precision craftsmanship, material transparency, and 30-day modular handovers, Lumera Homes is building the premier interior destination across the Vijayawada–Tadepalli–Guntur capital corridor.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Project Executive to assist our Project Managers in managing daily site operations, contractor coordination, material verification, and quality checks. In this on-ground role, you will be the eyes and ears of Lumera Homes across assigned active residential and commercial sites.

You will ensure daily site progress aligns strictly with 2D CAD working drawings, verify material deliveries on site, coordinate with local trade workers, and maintain real-time updates in our CRM.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Site Supervision & Quality Control
  • Conduct daily site visits across assigned projects to inspect ongoing civil alterations, electrical point markups, false ceiling framing, painting, and modular assembly.

  • Cross-check site execution against approved 2D working drawings to catch and correct dimensional discrepancies immediately.

  • Perform quality checks on incoming site materials (plywood thickness, laminate brand matching, hardware verification for Hettich/Blum, quartz/granite quality).

2. Trade Worker & Vendor Coordination
  • Assist the Project Manager in daily task allocation for site contractors (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, tile masons).

  • Take accurate site measurements and record daily labor attendance and progress logs.

  • Coordinate material movement from local vendors and factory units directly to site locations to prevent project downtime.

3. Site Documentation & CRM Tracking
  • Capture and upload daily site progress photos, inspection notes, and completion checklists into our mobile CRM software.

  • Report site issues, material shortages, or design conflicts immediately to the Project Manager and Lead Designer.

  • Assist in preparing site measurement sheets required for contractor payment verification.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on site supervision experience in residential interiors, civil construction, or modular fit-outs. (Freshers with strong site internship experience in turnkey interiors are welcome to apply).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Ability to read and understand 2D architectural CAD drawings, electrical plans, and false ceiling layouts.

    • Basic understanding of modular joinery, hardware fittings, civil work, and paint finishes.

  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp/mobile reporting, and basic CAD viewing software.

  • Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory for daily labor and contractor coordination, along with functional English for internal reporting.

  • Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and personal two-wheeler for daily local site travel across the Vijayawada–Tadepalli region.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary.

  • Monthly fuel and travel allowance for site travel.

  • Clear career path to advance to Project Manager (Civil) as Lumera Homes expands.

  • Hands-on exposure in a fast-growing corporate interior brand.
