Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft Power BI Administration and Business Intelligence platforms. The role involves managing and optimizing Power BI environments, supporting deployments and migrations, resolving platform issues, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient BI operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Power BI platforms, workspaces, gateways, licenses, reports, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot Power BI service disruptions and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage production readiness and application deployments.
• Support code migration and deployment across environments using automation tools.
• Monitor platform performance, capacity, and utilization.
• Lead or support platform upgrades, migrations, and performance-tuning initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
• Participate in scheduled on-call support.
• Stay updated on BI technologies and recommend platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Power BI Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI administration, workspace management, report development, and dashboard optimization.
• Experience with deployment and code migration across Development, Test, Staging, and Production environments.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
• Willingness to participate in off-hours/on-call support.
