Marketing Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Executive to support the delivery of in-person promotional campaigns, increase brand visibility, and engage directly with prospective customers. This is a junior-level, hands-on marketing position focused on representing products and services, communicating promotional messages, and contributing to daily customer acquisition initiatives.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, adaptable, and eager to develop practical marketing experience. No previous marketing experience is required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to build communication, presentation, and campaign execution skills while working alongside an experienced team in a customer-facing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in the execution of daily in-person marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Represent assigned brands, products, and services during customer-facing activities.
• Introduce promotional offerings to prospective customers through direct conversations.
• Communicate key marketing messages clearly and consistently.
• Increase brand awareness by providing accurate and engaging product information.
• Identify customer interests and tailor promotional conversations accordingly.
• Explain product features, service benefits, and available promotional options.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives through professional face-to-face engagement.
• Deliver basic product presentations and demonstrations when applicable.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and current campaigns.
• Assist interested customers with understanding available options and next steps.
• Maintain familiarity with assigned brands, product updates, and campaign objectives.
• Support the preparation and distribution of approved promotional materials.
• Assist with organizing marketing displays and customer engagement areas.
• Observe customer responses and communicate relevant feedback to team members.
• Contribute to daily campaign activity and customer engagement goals.
• Assist with recording promotional results and customer interactions when required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Participate in campaign briefings, product training, and team discussions.
• Follow established promotional procedures and company representation standards.
• Adapt communication approaches based on customer questions and interests.
• Support additional marketing and customer engagement activities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Ability to communicate product information and promotional messaging clearly.
