Factory Manager

Position Title: Factory Manager – Joinery Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: 25K inclusive depending on experience and qualifications *let’s apply the confidentiality during screening Job Location: Umm Al Quwain About the Client: A leading UAE-based interior design, joinery, furniture manufacturing, and fit-out company Job Description: ? Lead and oversee all joinery factory operations, including production, planning, assembly, finishing, upholstery, installation support, and workforce management. ? Develop and execute production schedules while coordinating with project, design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery. ? Ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and implement continuous quality control measures. ? Drive operational efficiency by managing inventory, machinery maintenance, cost control, resource utilization, KPI reporting, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field ? Minimum 10 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, woodworking, furniture production, or interior fit-out operations with atleast 5 years of experience in a Factory Manager or Production Manager leadership role ? Must have Experience managing large-scale luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects & Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/production management systems
