As a Luxury Sales Associate, you’ll step into the role of a Jewellery Advisor, combining your sales ability with exceptional client service, product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury.

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and personalised luxury experience.
  
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
  
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
  
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding your performance.
  
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
  
• Stay up to date with our collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the world of luxury jewellery.
  
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.

What You Bring

• While an undergraduate degree is preferred, we value enthusiasm, ambition, and a talent for sales above all.
  
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage, but if you have the right drive and presentation, we’ll provide the training you need.
  
• A flexible schedule is key, as our boutique thrives during peak retail hours, including weekends
