Job Description: AR – Voice Process

Role: Accounts Receivable (AR) – Voice Process
Experience: 1–5 years

Process: International Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
  

• Follow up on pending payments, resolve billing disputes, and clarify invoice-related queries.
  

• Perform collections activities while maintaining professional customer relationships.
  

• Coordinate with customers to establish payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
  

• Maintain accurate call records, collection notes, and account updates in the system.
  

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for collections, call quality, and productivity.
  

Required Skills

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or International Voice Process.
  

• Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
  

• Basic knowledge of invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and aging reports.
  

• Good negotiation, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
  

• Comfortable working in US shifts and achieving performance targets.
