Videographer & Editor

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Editor with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through visual media and a keen eye for detail. This full-time, on-site position requires someone who can handle all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to post-production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast.
• Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Ensure technical quality in all video shoots, including lighting, sound, and composition.
• Edit video segments using industry-standard software to create polished final products.
• Incorporate graphic elements and special effects as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve skills in videography and editing.
• Manage video archives and maintain organized records of all production assets.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer & Editor, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong understanding of filming techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to work around constraints, solve technical issues, and adapt to new challenges quickly.
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills with the ability to bring ideas to life visually.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in all aspects of video production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of video formats, compression, and digital workflows.
• Experience in creating content for different media platforms is a plus.
