What You'll Do:

⚖️ Lead and manage insurance defense litigation cases from inception to resolution

📝 Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs

🤝 Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions

👥 Mentor and supervise associate attorneys and staff

📈 Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum of 8 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation

✅ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active bar license required

✅ Strong leadership and case management skills

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

✅ Proven courtroom experience with successful outcomes
