Patient Care Representative

Handle patient and customer inquiries via phone calls with professionalism and empathy

Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients as needed

Support additional customer service channels (e.g., chat and email) as they are introduced

Perform administrative tasks, particularly during low call volumes

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a healthcare or medical campaign

Strong English communication skills (B2 proficiency or higher)

Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
