Production Engineer

• Plan fabrication activities of the structure allocated.
  
• Allocate the work load to contractors as per their capability and current work load. Raise the work order to contractor/vendor for  fabrication.
  
• Issue slip for raw material. Consumable, tool tackle if any to store for structure according to Project and Tag no,
  
• Follow and maintain systems or production activities for quality product outputs like check list, QAP, Fabrication SOPs, Job cards etc.
  
• Develop systems for reduction of cost and time for fabrication.
  
• Ensure the  quality at each and every stage as per QAP/Job card before calling quality personnel.
  
• Coordinate with quality team for stage wise inspection/ final inspection.
  
• Ensure that all queries of quality team are taken care of.
  
• In coordination with quality team, develop systems to achieve quality norms of each activity.
  
• Prepare weekly production report with planning of next week production activities.
  
• Coordinate with Store, Processing department on day-to-day basis to smoothen the fabrication activities.
  
• Attend the daily standing meeting and raise critical matters to ensure the production timelines.
  
• Flag the delays in material availability/other things which affect on fabrication plan.
  
• Neat and cleanliness of work place.
  
• Contractor/Vendor bill verification and submission of bills to production head.
  
• Develop Safety awareness and safe work culture at workplace.
  
• Carry out any other activity as instructed by Workshop Head.
  

Requirements

Educational qualification : Diploma / BE ( Mechanical)

Experience : 0 to 2 years
