Requirements

We’re looking for driven individuals who:

• Are 18 to 35 years old
  
• Are South African citizens
  
• Passed and completed grade 12 Umalusi
  
• Live in the Western Cape
  
• Have been unemployed for at least one month before the final interview
  
• Are NOT currently studying or enrolled in another learnership
  
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in BPO, contact centres, retail or hospitality
  
• Have not previously participated in a DEDAT learnership programme
