About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the face of Stellar Roofing and Restorations, managing every aspect of the sales process. You'll be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our top-tier roofing solutions, and ultimately closing deals. This is a hands-on, in-person sales role where your ability to connect with people and drive results will directly impact your success.

Your Day-to-Day

• Engage directly with homeowners to introduce Stellar Roofing and Restorations and our services.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's unique roofing requirements.
• Present compelling solutions and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Build strong rapport and trust with potential clients through exceptional communication.
• Navigate and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage your daily schedule and activities to maximize customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Close sales agreements and ensure a smooth transition for the customer.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Your Earning Potential

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful representatives typically earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, with unlimited opportunities for growth based on your performance. Your drive and dedication will be directly rewarded.
