📊 Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3 years of customer service experience

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Proven ability to manage follow ups and close the loop with customers and internal teams.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Working experience with CRM, case management, ticketing, or knowledge base tools.

✅ Experience in healthcare, medtech, pharmacy, diagnostics, insurance, wellness,

hospital, clinic, or other patient facing organizations highly preferred
