Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic, emotional, social, and behavioral counseling to students.
  
• Identify and address students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional concerns.
  
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
  
• Guide students on career planning, subject selection, and future opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ overall development.
  
• Conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, communication, and mental well-being.
  
• Maintain confidential counseling records and student progress reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies on student welfare and safety.
  

Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology.
  
• Diploma/Certification in School Counseling will be an added advantage.
  

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CBSE/English-medium school.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening, and counseling skills.
