Picker / Order Picker – Night Shift

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Pickers / Order Pickers to join a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse operation on the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have previous order-picking experience, hands-on pallet jack experience, and the ability to work efficiently with warehouse technology, scanners, and digital systems.

Candidates who currently reside in or near Scarborough are strongly preferred, as reliable attendance and long-term commitment are important for this position.

Available Shifts

• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  

• 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  

• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and walkie riders.
  

• Use RF scanners, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and inventory systems.
  

• Follow digital picking and order-fulfillment workflows.
  

• Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards.
  

• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
  

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting established productivity targets.
  

• Work effectively as part of a night-shift warehouse team.
  

Mandatory Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Picker or Order Picker.
  

• Minimum 3 months of hands-on experience operating a pallet jack.
  

• Experience operating a walkie rider, such as a Raymond 8410 or similar equipment.
  

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably in:
  

  • E-commerce
    

  • Fulfillment
    

  • Logistics
    

  • Technology
    

  • High-volume distribution
    

• Experience using RF scanners and barcode scanners.
  

• Comfortable working with smartphones, handheld devices, mobile applications, and digital warehouse systems.
  

• Ability to learn new technology and warehouse systems quickly.
  

• Proven ability to maintain productivity, speed, and order-accuracy requirements.
  

• Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic.
  

• Ability to work overnight/night shifts.
  

Please note: Pallet jack experience is a mandatory requirement. Candidates without at least three months of hands-on pallet jack experience will not be considered for this position.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $17.60/hour
  

• During the first 8 weeks, an additional bonus can bring total hourly earnings to $25/hour, subject to applicable requirements.
  

• After the initial 8 weeks, employees may be eligible for additional performance incentives based on productivity and order accuracy.
  

• Experienced Pickers who consistently meet or exceed established performance targets currently earn approximately $28–$33/hour including performance incentives.
  

Please note: The $28–$33/hour range is performance-based and is not guaranteed. It should not be considered a guaranteed starting wage or an automatic increase based solely on length of service. Bonus and incentive eligibility depends on meeting the required productivity and order-accuracy targets.
