Position Title: Façade Design Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 18K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

One of the trusted names in Aluminum and Glass fabrication, based in Dubai

Lead and manage façade design projects including curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing systems, louvers, and aluminum solutions.
Supervise design engineers, BIM coordinators, and draftsmen to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, production, procurement, and site teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with GCC construction standards, client requirements, and international façade engineering practices

Male, 30-40 years old
Minimum 10 years of façade/aluminum design experience within GCC façade projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination software with strong technical knowledge of curtain wall and façade systems
