Coordinate daily SOC activities, workloads, and shift handoffs.
Lead escalated security incidents and stakeholder communications.
Coach analysts and review investigation quality.
Monitor service levels, incident trends, and operational risks.
Maintain incident-response playbooks and escalation procedures.
Coordinate with network, infrastructure, identity, endpoint, and cloud teams.
Support post-incident reviews and corrective actions.
Act for the Global SecOps Manager when delegated.

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of cybersecurity, SOC, or incident-response experience.
Previous leadership or senior escalation experience.
Knowledge of SIEM, endpoint security, threat analysis, network security, identity, and vulnerability management.
Strong decision-making, documentation, and English communication skills.
Security+, CySA+, SC-200, GCIH, CISSP, or similar certification preferred.
