About the Role

This is a 100% remote sales opportunity for people who want to earn without a fixed ceiling. At least 1 year of sales experience is required. No insurance experience is required: we’ll guide you through licensing, then support you with daily live sales training, one-on-one coaching, proven scripts, and a sales system taught by leaders who have produced at a high level themselves.

What you'll do

You’ll speak with prospective clients, understand their needs, present life insurance options, and guide them through applications. You’ll own your pipeline and follow up with clients and carriers throughout the sales process. You'll also participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful representatives can expect to earn between $75,000 and $400,000+ annually, based on performance and sales volume. Your success directly translates into your earning capacity.

Who we're looking for

Applicants must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, have at least 1 year of sales experience, and have reliable phone and internet access.

• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Looking for a full-time opportunity rather than a side hustle
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed
• Prepared to maintain consistent daily sales activity

No prior insurance experience is required to apply. However, you must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance license before you can sell, and we’ll guide you through the licensing process.

If you have a background in sales, customer service, athletics, the military, automotive, solar, roofing, pest control, fitness, hospitality, or another performance-driven environment, your skills may translate extremely well to this opportunity.
