A well-established outpatient clinic is seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to join its team in Cathedral City, CA. This is a permanent leadership opportunity offering a combination of clinical care, team management, and clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and staff
  
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and staff development
  
• Maintain high standards of patient care
  
• Monitor clinic performance and operational goals
  
• Support business development initiatives
  
• Provide direct patient care as needed
  

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist
  
• Eligible for California PT licensures
  
• Outpatient experience preferred
  
• Leadership or management experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
