About the Role

Experience and Capabilities

  • At least six years of experience in infrastructure, civil, or rail surveying, with a proven track record of delivering surveying services on major transport or government infrastructure projects.

  • Demonstrated capability in managing and integrating survey data using 12D Model, 12D Synergy, and Digital Engineering systems, while maintaining accuracy and data quality.
  • Skilled in operating modern surveying equipment, including total stations, GNSS instruments, and laser scanners, preferably Leica. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or ReCap will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of geospatial data management, survey and design coordination, rail alignment geometry, earthworks, and service interfaces, combined with effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A degree or diploma in Surveying, Geospatial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with a current Western Australian driver's license, White Card, and RIW accreditation. A strong commitment to workplace safety, leadership, teamwork, and ongoing professional improvement is also essential.
