Overview

We are seeking a Consultant / Business Development professional who will drive digital transformation (DX) initiatives for major real estate developers and financial institutions by addressing their business and operational challenges.

In this role, you will go beyond implementing tools and systems, leading business process transformation (BPR) by leveraging data, AI, and digital products. You will work directly with executive stakeholders at enterprise organizations and support them throughout the entire DX journey—from long-term strategy development to execution.

This position offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to work across both consulting and product domains while contributing to the creation of new business opportunities.

Job Description

• Identify business and operational challenges for enterprise clients and design transformation roadmaps and target operating models.
  

• Support executives and senior management in developing DX strategies and implementation roadmaps.
  

• Analyze business processes and lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
  

• Design and drive solutions involving data platforms, API integrations, and AI technologies.
  

• Support the implementation of AI models, including rent forecasting and other advanced analytics solutions.
  

• Manage projects and oversee delivery execution.
  

• Develop and expand professional service offerings, including data analytics and data platform implementation services.
  

• Translate project insights into product improvements and new business opportunities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in solution-based or consultative sales
  
• Proven project management experience involving multiple stakeholders
  
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience proposing and delivering solutions to large enterprises and executive-level stakeholders
  
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementation consulting
  
• 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or professional services
  
• Experience with data analysis using SQL and/or BI tools
  
• Knowledge of system architecture, including API integrations
  
• Domain expertise in the real estate and/or financial services industry

Compensation

• Annual Salary: Up to JPY 12,000,000
  

• Opportunity for salary reviews and promotions twice per year, based on performance

• Candidates are expected to reside within the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, or Chiba), with a commuting distance of approximately 90 minutes or less
