Landscape Architect

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Architect / Landscape Inspector Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and inspecting landscape works on-site, ensuring that all hardscape and softscape activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all landscape site works, including hardscape and softscape activities.
  

• Inspect completed works and coordinate the handover of executed activities by contractors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  

• Monitor the quality of workmanship, construction materials, and installation activities throughout the project.
  

• Supervise the supply and installation of external finishing materials, including interlock paving, tiles, granite, stamped concrete, kerbstones, and outdoor site furniture.
  

• Inspect landscape materials and verify their compliance with approved material submittals and project specifications.
  

• Monitor daily site progress, prepare regular inspection and progress reports, and follow up on outstanding works.
  

• Coordinate with contractors and the site supervision team to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of works.
  

• Identify and report non-conforming works and follow up on corrective actions.
  

• Ensure compliance with approved method statements, inspection and test plans, safety requirements, and project quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  

• 6–8 years of professional experience in landscape site supervision and inspection.
  

• Proven experience in hardscape and softscape works, particularly external finishing and paving installations.
  

• Strong knowledge of landscape construction details, approved drawings, material specifications, and quality control procedures.
  

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  

• Must currently be based in Riyadh and available to join immediately.
  

• Strong communication, site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
