Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track daily activities of the Sales Team through tracking applications.
  
• Maintain daily sales, collection, field visit, and customer appointment records.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team for attendance, field visits, and activity updates.
  
• Track team movement, check-in/check-out, travel distance, and field activities.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate data updates in the tracking app.
  
• Follow up with sales team members for pending reports and updates.
  
• Coordinate with HR and management for sales team attendance and activity-related data.
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Track Wick or similar sales/field tracking applications.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to analyze sales and field activity data.
  
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
  

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
