Investment Restrictions Analyst AIFM

Your Mission:

Ensure the control of investment restrictions applicable to Real Estate and Private Equity (PERE) funds:

• Implementation of controls in accordance with the regulatory framework and the fund's constitutive documents (prospectus, etc.)
  
• Control of investment ratios
  
• Communication of breaches to AIFMs and follow-up on their resolution
  

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  
• Knowledge of VBA is an asset / a plus
  

Required Knowledge and Soft Skills:

• Good knowledge of restrictions applicable to investment funds
  
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity (PERE) fund accounting
  
• Knowledge of the main financial products
  
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
