Learning & Development Consultant

This is a remote position.

We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in learning and development, training, leadership, communications, or people development who are interested in applying their skills within an independent, performance-based structure.

This remote position operates within the personal development and leadership education sector and combines professional development with client engagement and business development activities.

You’ll work with established systems, digital resources and structured processes while developing conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional growth programs.

The position may suit someone who values flexibility, enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and is comfortable taking responsibility for their own results.

Requirements

8+ years of professional work experience
Experience in learning and development, training, leadership, communication, people development or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable engaging with prospective clients and conducting professional conversations
Able to work independently and follow established systems and processes
Self-directed, organised and motivated by measurable outcomes
Comfortable with an independent, performance-based compensation structure
Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
Must be based in and authorised to work in the USA or Canada
Not suitable for students or those new to the workforce
