Professional Development Role for Educators

This is a remote position.

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking experienced educators and education professionals who are interested in applying their communication, leadership, mentoring, and people-development skills in a new remote professional setting.

This contract-based role provides an opportunity to build on the experience you have developed throughout your career while expanding your skills in professional development, communication, and relationship building.

You will engage in structured one-to-one conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional development, learn about their goals, share information about established development programs, and provide professional follow-up.

This role may be particularly suited to teachers, instructional coaches, school leaders, administrators, trainers, and other education professionals who are self-directed, comfortable working with people, and interested in continued growth.

Structured onboarding, established systems, ongoing training, and mentorship are provided.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
  
• Background in education, teaching, instructional coaching, training, leadership, mentoring, or professional development
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent active-listening and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to build rapport and conduct professional one-to-one conversations
  
• Experience supporting, mentoring, teaching, or developing others
  
• Self-directed with strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Comfortable managing priorities independently in a remote environment
  
• Willingness to learn new systems and professional approaches
  
• Comfortable using digital communication and online business tools
  
• Interest in personal growth, leadership, and continued professional development
  
• Comfortable working within a contract-based, performance-driven structure
