B2B Sales Role | Commission + Residuals + Overrides | Earn $1,500 - $3,500/Week

The job, in one sentence

You'll meet with small-business owners in your area and help them offer their employees supplemental insurance, including coverage that pays premiums back when benefits go unused.

Compensation

This is a 1099, uncapped commission role. Reps who work the full training plan typically earn $75,000–$150,000 in their first year. Top performers earn $1,500–$3,500 per week, plus residual income on renewals.

A typical week

• Visiting local businesses and setting meetings with owners (in person or by video)
• Walking owners and employees through how their coverage works
• Enrolling new accounts and checking in with existing ones
• Tracking your own numbers and reviewing them with your manager each week

You'll do well here if you…

• Have held a customer-facing job (retail, hospitality, service, sales)
• Are competitive. Athletes, coaches, and military veterans often do well here.
• Take coaching well and follow through without being chased
• Would rather be paid on results than capped by a salary

Nice to have: B2B or door-to-door sales experience, or an active L&H license
