Responsibilities:

1. Supervising, managing, and assisting CCR Operator
2. Assigning day-to-day task  to shift employees

3. Encouraging staffs to carryout works on their own, if necessary to provide guidance, so that their confidence and leadership skills will be enhanced
4. Carry out shut down jobs including Pyro-section Refractory works
5. Monitoring the safety for work process and manpower during shut down jobs
6. Smooth & continuous operation of Plant

7. Improving production efficiency & reduction break down hours.

8. Reduction in power & fuel consumption

9. Cost Optimization

10. Maintaining the uniform Process Parameters

11. Maintaining Product Quality & Controlling Stack Emission

12. Ensuring Housekeeping of All Section
