Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Architect to design, secure, and optimize our enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) and engagement engine. The ideal candidate will orchestrate multi-source data ingestion streams, map identity resolution rules, configure calculated metrics, and establish real-time activation loops to power downstream personalization, customer segmentations, and automated marketing journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern the global Customer Insights data architecture, configuring real-time data ingestion pipelines from Microsoft Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and external third-party transactional networks.
  
• Architect complex Identity Resolution rules, establishing data unification parameters, deduplication logic, match/merge profiles, and unified Customer 360 schemas.
  
• Build advanced calculated insights and measures, utilizing custom SQL-based metrics, behavioral attributes, and predictive models to score customer lifetime values and churn probabilities.
  
• Design high-impact, omni-channel customer journeys, configuring dynamic audience segmentation rules, real-time trigger events, and personalized content loops across communication channels.
  
• Establish secure platform integration blueprints, constructing data streaming flows connecting Customer Insights with Power BI dashboards, core Dynamics apps (Sales/Service), and external API endpoints.
  
• Enforce absolute data privacy and governance guardrails, managing role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-tenant compliance frameworks, and corporate data scrubbing rules (GDPR/CCPA).
  
• Audit platform operations and processing latencies, monitoring ingestion sync health, data refresh cycles, segment processing times, and API limit throttles.
  

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of enterprise data engineering, CRM consulting, or marketing technology experience, with 3+ dedicated years actively designing, building, and maintaining setups explicitly on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (formerly Customer Data Platform) framework.
  
• Strong technical mastery of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform structures, Azure data ecosystem tools (Data Lake, Synapse), SQL, advanced segmentation logic, and REST APIs.
  
• Deep structural understanding of big data concepts, semantic data modeling, customer lifecycle matrices, identity resolution strategies, and cloud governance frameworks.
  
• Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Associate or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Azure AI/ML studio integrations to feed custom predictive models directly into Customer Insights profile grids.
  
• Familiarity with real-time web/mobile tracking integrations utilizing JavaScript SDKs or enterprise tag management tools.
