Banking Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Banking Delivery Lead to facilitate appropriate project delivery, meet contractual obligations and client expectations, and work closely with stakeholders in the banking sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor project progress, quality, financials, customer satisfaction, risks, and issues. Take proactive actions with project managers and relevant stakeholders.
  

• Educate and influence project managers, team members, and the client to make project delivery successful. Provide technical advice, business knowledge, or management advice to project members as required.
  

• Suggest and negotiate change requests, contractual changes, resource allocations, and scope changes to set reasonable project goals and delivery.
  

• Maintain and expand good communication and relationships with client stakeholders.
  

• Work with the banking practice to promote new project proposals and solutions and facilitate communications, particularly between the offshore team and the client.
  

• Work with the Sales team to explore potential business opportunities within the client organization. Promote senior executive relationships between the organization and the client.
  

• Establish and follow up on the account plan to have banking and other practices expand the business.
  

• Coordinate and promote common strategies and account plans with other regions. Exchange information and maintain relationships with practice and sales members to win business as a global service provider. Monitor and capture Head Office strategies and plans to help other regions obtain mandates on a global basis.
  

• Continuously report to Delivery Executives and management on the account and projects. Propose potential ideas and plans for appropriate delivery and business expansion.
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in system development/implementation program leadership in the Banking sector.
  

• Understanding and experience in various banking business processes, products, operations, organizations, and regulations.
  

• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and cultivate potential clients within the banking industry.
  

• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English to manage and coordinate effectively.
  

• Experience in creating constructive solutions by effectively coordinating global SMEs and stakeholders within given constraints.
  

• Experience working in a global team, especially in offshore development engagements.
