A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team at a nursing home in Chicago,IL.
Requirements:
- Nursing home experience strongly preferred
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL
- DEA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Responsibilities:
- Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide full-scope primary care to residents
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full benefits package
- Highly competitive salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually
