SAP HCM Payroll

Summary

We are seeking experienced SAP Payroll professionals to join our HCM AMS team, focusing on both on-premise and Enterprise Cloud Platform (ECP) environments. This role is critical for delivering high-quality support, enhancements, and data management across large-scale SAP HR landscapes. The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of functional, technical, and data expertise, with a strong background in managing complex payroll operations for international markets including the US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Latin America. This position offers an opportunity to drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives within a dynamic hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for SAP HCM (on-premise and ECP) systems, ensuring system stability and performance.
  
• Execute complex payroll processing tasks for multiple global entities, adhering to specific regional compliance and regulatory standards.
  
• Develop and maintain Payroll Control Records (PCR) and custom schemas to meet evolving business requirements.
  
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to time management schemas and payroll calculations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and optimize reporting capabilities.
  
• Manage data integrity and execute data migration activities within the SAP HR ecosystem.
  
• Participate in large-scale support and enhancement projects, contributing functional and technical insights.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 18 years of relevant experience in SAP Payroll and HCM support.
  
• Regional Expertise: Proven track record of managing payroll for at least one of the following regions: US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, or broader Latin America.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Deep hands-on knowledge of Payroll Control Records (PCR) and schema development.
  
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with time schema management and time data processing is highly desirable.
  
• Role Level: Candidates should be prepared to operate at Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Manager levels.
  
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to USI locations (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, or Gurgaon).
  
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work in a hybrid model with a shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
