Non-Equity Partner, Insurance Defense Litigation

A significant succession opportunity. The incoming partner will join an established insurance defense practice and take over a retiring partner's book over the next several years while building their own client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters and client relationships
  
• Transition and take over a retiring partner's practice
  
• Build and grow their own client base
  
• Meet billable hours targets: 1600 in 1 year, 1700 thereafter
  

Requirements

• Established insurance defense litigation experience
  
• Portable book of $100,000 preferred
  
• Strong business development and practice-building skills
  
• Interest in long-term succession and leadership
  
• Admitted and in good standing in New Hampshire
  

Benefits

If hours targets are met, 10% bonus on origination plus 10% bonus on receipts.
