Job Description: Role:  GW PC Intg + Java/Springboot Developer

100% Remote

• This hybrid role blends Guidewire PolicyCenter integration with enterprise API management, requiring core development in Java, Spring Boot, and Apigee.
  
• Role Overview & ObjectivesDesign & Build: Deliver scalable integrations connecting Guidewire Policy Center with external systems using Java/Gosu and REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Manage APIs: Build, configure, and secure API proxies and shared flows on the Apigee platform.
  
• Ensure Security: Enforce enterprise authorization, authentication, and token translation models .
  

Key Responsibilities

• Policy Center Integration: Implement plugins, messaging queues, and web service integrations for Policy Center data exchanges.
  
• Java & Spring Development: Code robust microservices and custom extensions using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.
  
• Apigee Administration: Write API proxies, configure traffic management policies, and handle backend database/SQL integrations.
  
• API Security & Auth: Enforce security policies via OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, and mTLS.
  
• Testing & Validation: Test endpoint responses, payload structures, and mock services utilizing Postman.
