Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.Manage and coach employees to improve performance.Monitor productivity and implement strategies to enhance output.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Handle employee scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage.Provide performance evaluations and feedback to team members.Resolve conflicts and address workplace concerns professionally.Collaborate with management to improve operational processes.Maintain records of team performance, attendance, and progress.Report any issues or challenges to senior management.Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.Proficiency in using office software and reporting tools.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
