Product Manager

Durgashtra Private Limited (ISO 9001:2015 certified) is a Madurai, Tamil Nadu based security and intelligence services company providing professional guarding, electronic surveillance, safety and risk-focused security solutions.

Own the roadmap for Durgashtra’s security technology products and internal platforms, working closely with operations, clients and the development team.

Role & responsibilities

• Gather requirements from operations teams and clients
• Define product roadmap, features and priorities
• Write clear specifications and coordinate with developers
• Plan releases, testing and user training
• Measure adoption and improve products based on feedback

Qualification & skills

• Graduate in engineering / technology; MBA an advantage
• Experience in product or project management for software products
• Understanding of security, surveillance or field-operations workflows is a plus

Verification

• Education and experience records relevant to the role
• Police or background verification where required
• Medical fitness and client-site screening where applicable
