Senior Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join a U.S.-based accounting firm and support multiple clients with their day-to-day accounting needs. The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple U.S.-based clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Handle bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and assist with month-end close.
Communicate with clients regarding accounting needs, questions, and follow-ups.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Bookkeeper, preferably for a U.S. accounting firm or serving multiple clients.
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
Solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Advanced English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
