Zeus Insurance Solutions and Agency Inc. is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our retail team. This is an opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping people find insurance solutions that fit their situation.

You’ll work directly with customers at our retail location and be involved throughout the sales process, from the initial conversation through policy selection and follow-up. Our team provides a supportive environment where you can continue developing your insurance and sales skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers visiting our retail location.

• Learn and stay current on the insurance products and services we offer.

• Ask questions and assess customers’ insurance needs.

• Explain coverage options and policy details in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to closing.

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build lasting relationships.

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation.

• Work with team members to support customer service and sales goals.

• Provide a professional and helpful experience throughout each customer interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Active insurance license required (or willingness to obtain one quickly)

• Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Customer-focused approach and a genuine interest in helping others.

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer interactions.

• Willingness to learn insurance products and apply that knowledge with customers.

• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Access to a mobile device and home internet.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary plus commission. Estimated annual earnings range from $36,000 to $250,000, depending on individual performance, sales results, and other factors. Actual earnings may vary.
