Career Counselor

Provide career guidance and counselling to students.

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.

Help students identify their interests, strengths, abilities, and career goals.

Provide guidance on higher education options, courses, entrance examinations, and career pathways.

Conduct career awareness sessions, workshops, and aptitude-related activities.

Support students in academic and career decision-making.

Maintain confidential student counselling records.

Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school leadership when required.

Stay updated on higher education opportunities and changing career trends.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Career Guidance, Education, or a relevant field.

Relevant certification/training in career counselling is preferred.

Prior experience in a school or educational environment is preferred.

Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with adolescents and young adults.

Good knowledge of higher education and career pathways in India and abroad.
