Literacy Intervention Teaching Assistant – Islington

Help pupils strengthen reading, communication and classroom confidence through focused, well-paced support.

What you will do

  • Deliver structured literacy and phonics activities.
  • Adapt tasks for pupils with differing communication and learning needs.
  • Track small-step progress and collaborate with teaching staff.

What you will bring

  • Relevant classroom, literacy or SEN-support experience.
  • Clear communication, patience and dependable safeguarding standards.
  • QTS is not required for this support role.

Full-time temporary work, £105–£140 per day PAYE. Enhanced DBS and standard compliance checks apply.
