Marketing Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our ongoing marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives. This position works closely with the marketing team to help coordinate campaigns, communicate with customers, and support day-to-day marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
  
• Assist with customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
  
• Communicate with customers regarding products, services, and current promotions
  
• Help coordinate marketing events and promotional activities
  
• Prepare and organize campaign materials and resources
  
• Track campaign activity and maintain accurate records
  
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team
  
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
  
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company
  
• Provide general support for additional marketing projects as needed
  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Comfortable working directly with customers
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in marketing, customer service, events, sales, or a related area is preferred
