A private VIP family in Dubai is seeking an experienced, highly professional and discreet Family VIP Driver to provide safe, smooth and premium transportation services for the Principal, his wife and children.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with Wheely and a strong understanding of premium chauffeur service standards. The driver must demonstrate excellent presentation, discretion, punctuality, impeccable manners and a highly polished service approach.

The ability to provide smooth, comfortable and safe driving, particularly when transporting children, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable and comfortable transportation for the Principal, his wife and children.
  
• Drive smoothly and defensively, avoiding harsh braking, sudden acceleration or unnecessary maneuvers.
  
• Maintain complete punctuality and readiness according to the family's schedule.
  
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle.
  
• Assist with baby strollers, shopping bags, luggage and personal belongings when required.
  
• Open and close vehicle doors for passengers in accordance with premium chauffeur service standards.
  
• Maintain a professional and discreet presence at all times.
  
• Ensure the family receives a highly polished and respectful chauffeur service.
  
• Maintain the family vehicle to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  
• Coordinate regular servicing, maintenance, car washes and other vehicle requirements.
  
• Monitor fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is always ready for use.
  
• Ensure the vehicle cabin is appropriately stocked with water, tissues, umbrellas and other essential items.
  
• Carry out minor personal errands and other driving-related tasks as requested by the family.
  
• Coordinate professionally with schools, hotels, concierges, restaurants, service providers and other local establishments when required.
  
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family, their movements, schedules and personal affairs.
  
• Remain professional, discreet and unobtrusive while working around the family.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall professional driving experience.
  
• Minimum 3 years of proven driving experience in Dubai.
  
• Previous Wheely driver experience is mandatory/preferred, with a strong understanding of its premium chauffeur service standards.
  
• Demonstrated experience providing high-level chauffeur or VIP transportation services.
  
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, hotels, schools and major destinations.
  
• Valid safe / defensive driving certification is strictly required.
  
• Proven ability to drive exceptionally smoothly and safely.
  
• Strong understanding of premium customer service and professional chauffeur etiquette.
  
• Excellent vehicle care and maintenance awareness.
  
• Comfortable assisting with children, strollers, luggage and shopping.
  
• Highly punctual, reliable and organised.
  
• Discreet, respectful and able to maintain professional boundaries.
  
• Must understand the importance of being present when required but otherwise unobtrusive and discreet.
  

Language Requirements

• Fluent Russian – mandatory for daily communication with the family.
  
• Confident English – mandatory for communication with schools, concierges, service providers and local business
