Executive - Supply Chain (Component Repair Section)

Key Responsibilities

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/MRO systems
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, confirmations, and deliveries
• Handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements with urgency
• Track orders, shipments, and update system records
• Ensure compliance with aviation documentation (EASA Form 1, FAA 8130, etc.)
• Coordinate with Engineering, Stores, and Logistics teams.

• Bachelor’s degree. (Degree in supply chain/Aviation/Engineering will be an added advantage)
  
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (Aviation preferred)
  
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during AOG situations.
  

➢ System Knowledge (Must Have)

✔ Experience with ERP/MRO systems.
✔ Ability to manage entire Purchase cycle.
✔ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
