Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, increasing audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.- Create, plan, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, hashtags, and popular content formats.- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.- Conduct competitor and market research.- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertising activities.- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.- Strong content writing and communication skills.- Creative thinking and good understanding of social media trends.- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.- Freshers with strong social media knowledge and creativity can also apply.
