 ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Nykaa Beauty Process. Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries and providing effective solutions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good verbal and written communication

• Customer handling and problem-solving skills

• Active listening and professional communication

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

• Versant 5+ required
 SALARY:

• Freshers: NAPS – ₹21,200 Take Home | No CTC

• Experienced: ₹28,000 CTC

• ₹27,000 Take Home without PF
  
• ₹23,000 Take Home with PF
  

? SHIFT:

• Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• 1 Rotational Week Off
 INTERVIEW ROUNDS:
HR → Versant → Operations → Client
 All interview rounds will be conducted virtually.
