Sales Executive

Follow up on warm and hot leads generated through YST Energy's marketing platforms via phone, WhatsApp, and

in-person visits

Qualify leads, understand their power needs, and recommend the most suitable YST Energy solar package

Confidently present pricing, system specifications, and instalment payment plans to prospects

Guide customers through the bank financing process — from document collection to submission to Sterling Bank, Alternative Bank, and Imperium

Follow up with customers and bank representatives to ensure financing applications are processed within the 2-week promised timeline

Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversations, and sales on CRM and Google Sheets daily

Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the MD via the company's reporting platform

Build long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business

Coordinate with the Customer Success team for seamless post-sale handover

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc., HND, or equivalent) — non-negotiable

Minimum 2 years of proven, verifiable sales experience — B2B, high-ticket, real estate, financial products, or

related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

Confident on phone — comfortable making 50 to 100+ calls per day

Highly organised — able to manage a large pipeline of leads simultaneously

Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed targets
