Job Summary
We are seeking an elite ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead the strategic platform governance, technical blueprinting, and multi-module design of our global enterprise ServiceNow footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software engineering patterns, platform performance constraints, domain separation strategies, and advanced integration frameworks to deliver highly stable, scalable solutions with minimal technical debt.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overarching technical architecture and programmatic governance framework across complex, multi-instance, or domain-separated ServiceNow environments.
  
• Enforce platform health and performance standards, designing custom configurations that strictly respect ServiceNow governor limits, minimize performance degradation, and protect upgradeability lines.
  
• Design robust technical integration blueprints, orchestrating real-time data flows between ServiceNow and external legacy apps or ERP platforms via Integration Hub, custom REST/SOAP web services, and enterprise middleware.
  
• Review and optimize programmatic foundations, ensuring custom JavaScript scripts, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and complex workflows are engineered for peak efficiency.
  
• Establish secure platform configurations, defining encryption policies, custom access control lists (ACLs), Single Sign-On (SSO) loops, and instance security hardening rules.
  
• Lead Technical Architecture Review Boards, evaluating and signing off on custom code modifications, scoped application architectures, and complex data schema dependencies.
  
• Govern automated release and environment deployment paths, coordinating sandbox synchronization, code reviews, update set deployments, and automated testing suite configurations.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of core enterprise IT software engineering experience, with 6+ dedicated years acting as a Technical Architect on the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Expert programmatic proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, ServiceNow Glide API libraries, HTML/CSS, and structural platform debugging.
  
• Extensive experience managing large data models, handling millions of operational records, optimizing relational database queries, and managing platform archiving rules.
  
• Mandatory certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist across multiple core suites (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM).
  
• Prior experience managing automated release deployment configurations utilizing modern DevOps pipelines or custom source control integration points.
