Business Development Executive – Field Sales Apprentice | Beauty & Cosmetics

Locations: Kanpur (Retail Store-Based)
Duration: 12-Month Full-Time Apprenticeship
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000/month (₹11,500 + ₹4,500 Govt. Benefit) + ₹200 Daily TA/DA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local markets and generate leads
  
• Build relationships with retailers and distributors
  
• Conduct product promotions and sampling activities
  
• Drive sales and support product launches
  
• Track sales performance and market trends
  

Requirements

• Graduates (2021–2025 pass-outs)
  
• Freshers can apply
  
• Up to 11 months of sales/field experience accepted
  
• Must reside within 10 km of the assigned store location
  
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
  
• Male candidates preferred
