AI Motion Designer

Motion Graphics and Video Editing with AI Content Production

We’re looking for a creative AI Motion Designer to produce engaging videos and visual content for Nas Talent, Source It, and other brands.

Motion graphics and video creation are the main focus of this role, supported by static design and AI-generated content. Experience with social media publishing is a bonus.

What you will do

•  Design and animate motion graphics for social media, digital ads, promotional videos, and brand storytelling.
  
•  Turn briefs into finished videos, from visual concepts and storyboards through animation, editing, and final delivery.
  
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising.
  
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance videos, photos, and other visual assets.
  
• Combine footage, animation, typography, music, sound effects, and captions into polished content.
  
• Create static social media posts, ad creatives, thumbnails, and supporting graphics.
  
• Adapt content into different formats, durations, and ad variations while maintaining each brand’s identity.
  
• Organize editable project files and incorporate feedback within agreed deadlines.
  

Requirements

Must have qualifications

•  Strong motion graphics skills, demonstrated through a relevant portfolio.
  
•  Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects for motion graphics, plus Photoshop and Illustrator for creating and preparing visual assets.
  
•  Proficiency in video editing tools, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
  
•   Practical experience producing both AI-generated videos and AI-generated photos/images. You should be able to show finished examples.
  
• Ability to guide AI outputs through effective prompts, visual references, iteration, and editing to achieve consistent, brand-appropriate results.
  
•   A strong understanding of typography, composition, animation timing, pacing, and sound.
  
•   Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising, including attention-grabbing openings and clear calls to action.
  
•  Ability to work across multiple brands, manage priorities, and deliver reliably.
  

Nice to have

•  Experience with social media scheduling and publishing tools, such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later.
  
•  Familiarity with social media performance metrics and using results to improve creative content.
  
• Experience creating Arabic and English visual content.
  
• Basic 3D animation or product visualization skills.
  
• Experience supporting content calendars and writing short captions.
