Field Sales Specialist

• Generate new business through field sales and lead generation activities. • Visit SMEs, traders, business owners, and individual customers to identify financing needs. • Promote and sell Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital Finance, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and other lending products. • Build and maintain referral networks with Chartered Accountants, Builders, Real Estate Consultants, Auto Dealers, and other channel partners. • Collect customer documents and coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing. • Develop long-term relationships with customers and referral partners. • Achieve monthly sales, lead conversion, and loan disbursement targets. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• 5 to 12 years of experience in Field Sales within Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services. • Proven experience in selling Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, or SME Loans. • Strong network-building and customer acquisition skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for field sales. • Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory.
